How Do I Create a New User?
Administrators can create new user accounts in Stimware to give team members access to the system. When creating a user, an appropriate role must be assigned to ensure the user has the correct permissions for their responsibilities.
Create a New User
- Log in to Stimware using an administrator account.
- Open Settings.
- Navigate to User Management.
- Select Add User.
- Enter the user's information.
- Assign a user role.
- Create a username and password.
- Save the new user account.
The new user can then log in using their assigned credentials.
Choose a User Role
When creating a user, select the role that best matches the user's responsibilities:
- Admin: Full system access, including user management and settings.
- Creator: Can manage patients, protocols, and treatment workflows.
- Operator: Can conduct treatment sessions and manage patient-related activities.
- Viewer: Read-only access to patient, protocol, and session information.
Managing User Access
Administrators can update user details, change user roles, reset passwords, or remove users as needed through the User Management settings.
Best Practices
- Assign the lowest level of access required for the user's role.
- Use unique usernames for each user.
- Keep passwords secure and do not share login credentials.
- Review user permissions regularly.
