How Do I Generate a Patient Report?
Stimware allows users to generate patient reports containing patient information, protocol details, and treatment session data. Reports can be created from the patient overview and are securely stored for future access.
Generate a Patient Report
- Open the Home Page.
- Select Load Patient.
- Choose the patient from the patient list.
- Click Generate Report.
- Stimware will create a report containing the patient's information and treatment history.
What's Included in a Patient Report?
A patient report may include:
- Patient information
- Assigned treatment protocol
- Motor Threshold information
- Session history
- Clinical rating scale data (if recorded)
Where Are Reports Stored?
Generated reports are automatically saved in the Stimware Reports folder located in the Documents directory.
Report Security
Patient reports are encrypted and can only be accessed after successfully logging into Stimware, helping protect patient information.
