How Do I Generate a Session Report?
Stimware allows users to generate reports for individual treatment sessions or for all sessions associated with a patient. Session reports provide a record of completed treatments and can be accessed through the Session Overview page.
Generate a Session Report
- Open the Home Page.
- Select Load Patient.
- Choose the patient from the patient list.
- Click Session Overview.
- Select the desired treatment session.
- Click Generate Single Report.
Stimware will create a report for the selected treatment session.
Generate Reports for All Sessions
To generate reports for every recorded session:
- Open Session Overview.
- Click Generate All Report.
Stimware will create reports for all sessions associated with the selected patient.
Session Information Included
Session reports may include:
- Session date and details
- Treatment protocol information
- Treatment settings
- Session notes
- Treatment history
Where Are Session Reports Stored?
Generated reports are automatically saved in the Stimware Reports folder within the Documents directory.
Report Security
Session reports are encrypted and can only be accessed after successfully logging into Stimware, helping protect patient information.
