Can data be exported from SAM and in which formats?

Yes. EEG recordings collected with SAM are saved as .bdf (BioSemi Data Format) files. After processing, a PDF report can be generated and reviewed.

EEG Data Files

SAM stores recorded EEG data in .bdf (BioSemi Data Format) files. These files contain the recorded EEG data and can be used for further processing and analysis.

EEG Reports

Once the EEG recording has been processed, the results can be presented in a structured report.

  • Reports are available in PDF format.
  • PDF reports contain organized EEG measures and visualizations that support clinical review.
  • Reports can be viewed, shared, or printed using standard PDF software.
