Can I use the SAM amplifier while charging?
No. The SAM amplifier cannot be switched on while it is charging. To use it, remove it from the charging station, then switch it on.
Why not?
While the amplifier is on the wireless charging station, it is in a charging state and cannot be powered on.
What to do instead (quick steps)
- Remove the amplifier from the charging station.
- Switch on the amplifier.
- If battery is low, charge it first, then use it once charging is complete.
