How can I find patient reports?
Patient reports can be accessed directly from a patient's record in neurocare OS. Reports provide a summary of available patient information, treatment activities, and outcome data.
Finding a patient report
- Navigate to the Patients section.
- Open the patient's record.
- Select the Reports section.
- Choose the report you would like to view.
Available reports will be displayed within the patient's record.
Reviewing reports
Depending on the information available for the patient, reports may include:
- Patient summary information
- Treatment-related data
- Questionnaire results
- EEG-related reports
- Outcome information
