How do I add a patient?
Before you can assign questionnaires, upload EEG recordings, or create treatment activities, you must first create a patient record in neurocare OS.
Adding a patient
- Navigate to the Patients section.
- Select Add Patient.
- Enter the patient's information.
- Complete all required fields.
- Select Save to create the patient record.
Once the patient has been created, they will appear in the patient list and can be accessed from the Patients section.
Viewing the patient record
After creating a patient, you can open the patient record to:
- Review patient information
- Update patient details
- Add diagnoses and medications
- Create treatment courses
- Upload EEG recordings
- Assign questionnaires
