How do I log in to neurocare OS?

You can access neurocare OS through a supported web browser using the credentials provided by your organization.

 Logging in

  1. Open the neurocare OS login page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Select Log In.

After signing in, you will be taken to the neurocare OS dashboard.

First-time login

If you have been invited to neurocare OS for the first time:

  1. Open the invitation email.
  2. Select the invitation link.
  3. Create your password.
  4. Sign in using your email address and newly created password.

Forgot your password?

If you cannot remember your password:

  1. Select Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

Troubleshooting

I can't log in

Verify that:

  • Your email address is entered correctly.
  • Your password is correct.
  • Your account has been activated.
  • Your internet connection is working.

I didn't receive the invitation email

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the email, contact your clinic administrator for assistance.
