How do I upload an EEG recording?

Uploading an EEG recording to neurocare OS allows you to process the recording and access EEG analysis reports within the patient's record.

 Before you begin

Before uploading an EEG recording, ensure that:

  • The patient has been created in neurocare OS.
  • The EEG recording has been completed and exported from the EEG acquisition software.
  • The recording file is saved on your computer and ready for upload.
Uploading an EEG recording
  1. Open the patient's record in neurocare OS.
  2. Navigate to the EEG section.
  3. Select Upload EEG.
  4. Choose the EEG recording file from your computer.
  5. Confirm the upload.
  6. Wait for the recording to finish processing.

Once processing is complete, the EEG recording and corresponding report will be available within the patient's record.

After the upload

After successful processing, you can:

  • View the EEG report
  • Review biomarkers and EEG metrics
  • Examine scalp maps and trends
  • Use the report as part of the patient's clinical assessment

Troubleshooting

The upload failed

Verify that:

  • The selected file is supported.
  • The upload completed without interruption.
  • You have permission to access the patient's record.
