What is neurocare OS?

neurocare OS is a cloud-based clinician platform used to plan, document, and review patient care. It serves as the central record for patient information, treatment journeys, EEG analyses, questionnaires, outcomes, and reports. Clinicians access neurocare OS through a web browser, with no software installation required.

What can you do in neurocare OS?

Clinicians and staff can use neurocare OS to:

  • Manage patient records
  • Plan treatment journeys and courses of care
  • Assign questionnaires and track outcomes
  • Upload and review EEG recordings
  • View automated EEG analysis reports
  • Monitor treatment progress
  • Generate patient and clinic reports
Manage user accounts, devices, and integrations (administrator roles)

What neurocare OS does not do

It is important to understand the role of neurocare OS:

  • It does not deliver treatment. TMS treatment is provided only through the certified treatment device (Stimware and Apollo).
  • It does not make diagnoses. EEG analysis and reports are intended to support treatment planning and must not be used for diagnostic purposes.
  • It does not replace clinical judgment. Clinicians remain responsible for all treatment decisions.
